STEP 3: USER IS PROVIDED WITH A CONFIRMATION
The third step provides the user with a confirmation and a unique "Tournament ID#" (generated by the database to guarantee no duplicates) and other important mailing information. The information below is automatically sent to the team's contact person via email as well. User is instructed to print two copies of this confirmation and return with their payment to allow you to easily match up payments with the proper team registraton. Take a look at the confirmation page, then proceed to the Next Page of the tour, which will show you all the tools provided to help you manage your tournament registrations.

Print two (2) copies of this page and mail one copy of this page (keep the other copy for your records) with a check or money order (US Currency) made payable to the "SAMPLE TOURNAMENT" to:

Note: Registrations are not complete until payment has been received, so please mail your check as soon as possible. Upon receipt of payment, your team’s application will be registered with the tournament (acceptance notifications will be sent approx. 10 days after application deadline date). You will be emailed a confirmation when your check is received. A complete list of accepted teams will be posted on our web site at soccertourney.com.
