STEP 1: USER COMPLETES THE ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM
The first component of any online registration system is a well-organized and easy to use online registration form. When done well, an online form can actually be much easier to use than a print form as users simply select choices, age groups, genders, etc. From your standpoint, this part of your system saves you the time of having to type in 400-500+ applications. Although your tournament online registration system may accomodate credit card payments, we recommend you avoid the credit credit fees (since most clubs do not have a club credit card) and allow teams to register online and submit payment by check (you will see how our system makes receiving check payments very easy on the following pages). Take a look at the sample application form (your system would be custom developed based on the information requested in your tournament's form) below, then proceed to the Next Page of the tour.

When completing the tournament application, please use proper type and capitalization 
(Upper and lower case. Example: "Dayton Storm" instead of "dayton storm" or "DAYTON STORM"). 
Applications submitted in ALL CAPS or all lower case will not be accepted. Also, please do not use punctuation. Thank you for your cooperation and we appreciate your interest in our soccer tournament.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
STEP 1: Once you hit Submit below, your application will be sent (after you confirm your application). Your form will not process if you do not enter a valid email address or fail to check the verification boxes below.
STEP 2: When you submit your application, you will be given a web page that contains your Tournament ID Number. You should make two copies, one to keep on file and one to mail with your fees. 
STEP 3: A check or money order (US Currency) must be received by the application deadline in the amount of $400.00 for U11 thru U17 divisions and $340.00 for U9 and U10 divisions.
Note: Registrations are not complete until payment has been received. A complete list of accepted teams will be posted on our web site.
AGREEMENTS
I understand that inclement weather, acts of God or other uncontrollable circumstances are always a possibility and such occurrences may result in the abbreviation or cancellation of tournament games and that in the event this occurs, no refunds (partial or full) will be given.
