Here's How the e-Coaching System Works:
Coaches interested in signing up for a specific coaching clinic would go to an online registration form on your web site. The registration form would be modeled after your print registration form and would capture all of the important registration information your state association requires, including payment information. Each system is set up to accept payment by check or credit card.

Once registrants have successfully submitted all of the pertinent registration information, the entry is recorded in an online Microsoft Access Database, which is hosted on Hammerhead Communications' secure server. Registrants will receive a confirmation page with a unique confirmation number and any other important instructions, including where to send their check (if they selected that payment option). Confirmation also will be emailed automatically to the registrant's email address.

You will have the ability to log in via username and password to an administrative control panel to view registrants by clinic and receive payments. The system has an easy-to-use coaching clinic entry form to enter new clinics which populate the form in real-time so interested coaches have all courses available to them. Your e-Coaching Clinic & Certificate System will be set up to allow you to email a specific list of registrants, or email the actual class list to the clinic instructor. Class lists can be printed in PDF format, if the need were to arise. Coaches will also be able to log in and request their coaching certificate. The system will generate a PDF and email it to them immediately. This feature alone could save the average state association hours, as requests for certificates are abundant.

A distinct advantage to the system is the e-Calendar feature incorporated into the design. The online Real-time Calendar component puts your office in control of your entire event calendar, allowing you to record events in one main calendar and select all the program specific pages on which you would like the event to appear.
