to post a pdf version of your registration form on your web site. We can
even make the pdf file "typeable"
so users can type in the requested info on their computer screen before
printing the form. When done, users simply mail or fax the completed registration
form to your office.
The second option is to create a

online form which users can fill in the information online, then submit
the information over a secure connection. The information can then populate
a database, or simply be securely emailed to your office. For a small monthly
fee, we can even process the credit card payments so the funds are directly
deposited into your bank account.
