Specs: 
Tabloid-size publication on newsprint. 85 line screen. Right-reading, emulson side down for negatives. Ad design is available at a billing rate of $65.00 per hour.

Ad Copy Delivery:
All B/W ads for PA West must be provided Electronically. 
Send as a Tiff file for the PC or an Adobe Acrobat PDF file (300dpi) for the PC. 
- At this time no other file formats are accepted.
($25.00 fee for ads not submitted electronically)
Color ads must be provided as CMYK negative color separations (see specs).
Color proof must accompany negatives for color ads.
- Negative separations for color ads submitted electronically: $145.00
